Stand-alone LPG storage units with pumping equipment and dispenser incorporated in a frame.

• Includes transfer equipment to allow the supply of gas in liquid phase to vehicles, with the maximum guarantee of safety.

• Simplified installation: only requires connection of power supply to the unit and anchoring to the ground (with earth connection).

COMPOSITION

• LPG STORAGE TANK: Standart Boybey tank with a design presure of 18,5 bar and special connections for transfer unit.

• FRAME: A support structure that houses the complete installed unit.
LPG TRANSFER LINES:

• Liquid phase outlet line: Includes limiter, shutoff valve and filter for liquid LPG place before the pump

• Return line tank(protects the pump from overpressure) with a by-pass valve.

• Pump-to-dispenser transfer line: Includes safety valve and pressure gauge(BYBPA type include shutoff valve with the supply column, in BYBUAS model the shutoff valve is integrated in the dispenser).
LPG TRANSFER PUMP:

Specific for LPG in liquid phase. Nominal values for standart pumps:

• Aboveground skids: 40 l/min (up to 5 bar differential pressure).

• Undergrond skids BYBUA*E-BME: 114 l/min (up to 10 bar differential pressure).

• Underground skids BYBUA**E-BMS: 90 l/min (up to 10 bar differential pressure).

• Underground skids BYBUA**E-BSME: 65 l/min (up to 16.5 bar differential pressure)

• Special hose for LPG in compliance with EN 14678-1 and EN 1762.

• Included in the hose.

• European nozzle according to EN 13760.

• The distances to the feeder unit allow fencing in the storage area

 Filling column tanks: Including nozzle hose, disconnect, start / stop button push button for emergency stop, nozzle guard. Equipment designed for use in its own truck fleet where no commercial operations are carried out and the number of liters replaced is not required

 Dispenser tanks: Contains liter and euro collectors as well as used items of a dispenser. Equipment designed for installation at service stations or for consumption control in your own vehicle fleet.

 Units for use underground: Supplied without a feeder unit (filling column or distributor). Ready to use with dispenser.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:

Skids with filling column or distributor contain electrical installations. Slides without feeder do not include electrical installations in their standard configurations.Invlouding:

* • Mechanically protected hoses, length 30 meters, connected at both ends. Three types of hoses are available:

 Between pump and cabin.

 Between the feeding unit and the cabinet.

 Between pump and feeding unit.

Required items (limiter, differential, motor protector) when the electrical cabinet is complete. It must be installed in the safe zone (outside the ATEX zone). Installation designed for triphasic electrical connection.

ELECTRIC ACTUATOR (OPTIONAL):

Electric actuator in liquid phase outlet. This device shuts down the flow when the emergency stop is pressed or the power supply is cut. Specially recommended for unitless skids (BYBUASP **)

CUTTING COUPLING (OPTIONAL):

Separable coupling (shut-off valve) overflow valves to prevent LPG leakage in case a vehicle hits the distributor.

PREVENTION / SECURITY:

Dry powder fire extinguishers according to the LPG tank size included in the frame unit. The electrical cabinet should be placed in a safe area.

• Elliptical dome is produced according to the standards and then it is mounted on the tank by relieving the stress.

• Welding is done by welders with EN ISO 3834-2 certification in accordance with the standards and materials.

• It is carried out by certified NDT personnel who have competence and international competence in the testing and control of all welded connections. These tests are carried out by a third organization.

• Without painting, the outer surfaces of the tank are sandblasted with a CNC automatic sandblasting machine in a very short time and with SA 2.5 quality.

• Hydrostatic Test, All tanks are subjected to hydrostatic pressure test after manufacturing. During the hydrostatic test, the test is carried out after the purified water and water temperature are determined according to the standards. Connections of tank accessories are tested for air tightness. Hydrostatic test is checked and approved by a third company.

• It offers the best product to customers by using corrosion-resistant, long-lasting, high-quality two-component paint products of internationally proven paint companies in painting.

SUPPLY AND TRANSPORT OF VERTICAL SKIDS WITH DISPENSER OR FILLING COLUMN

Vertical tanks with supply unit, except LP2450 and LP4880 models, ship as two independent units due to shipping requirements:
• Blocked by tank and pump.
• Block with distributor or filling column.
The assembly process of these blocks is easy and will be done with the nuts and bolts provided with the product. The pipes are mounted with their respective flanges and gaskets (bolts, nuts and gaskets provided).
