From creating customized quality plans that define how each task is performed in a project, to certified personnel with specific qualifications, and using only the best quality materials and suppliers for manufacturing , we demand excellence from ourselves and those we work with.
Quality Plans: For each project, we create and follow up a customized Quality Plan approved by the customer. This plan defines every detail of how a project is completed, from the materials we use to the time we spend on the construction site, the certified workers we hire and other important details. Workshop and field operations are supported by written procedures, work instructions, detailed drawings and specifications produced by our Engineering Services Department.
Expectations: Our in-house quality control supervisor ensures that quality control plans are strictly followed and works with our customers' quality control staff where applicabel. Our factory and field supervisors are trained to understand our Quality Control requirements for their assigned responsibilities.
